Visarussie.fr is registered under number 800 731 960 R.C.S Quimper and aims to provide its individual clients or businesses tourist or business vouchers and invitations, documents necessary to obtain a visa to Russia.
Visarussie.fr also makes available to its users practical information on the compilation and acquisition of visa to Russia.
Responsibility
As an intermediary between its clients and consulates, Visarussie.fr can neither be held responsible for the outcome of consular services, nor for the consequences of any delay.
By no means should the responsibility of Visarussie.fr exceed the amount of the allowance.
Despite the treatment and follow-up of each voucher/invitation application, there may be an error. Visarussie.fr specifically requests that each voucher/invitation must be verified by the applicant upon the receipt to solicit it or the modifications within 1h max.
Visarussie.fr shall not be held liable if this procedure is not carried out or done too late, preventing the modification of the voucher.
Prices and Payment
The prices listed on the site or in the estimates are indicative and may be modified without notice.
Payments are made via bank transfer or Pay Pal through an invoice that is sent to the client, allowing an instant payment.
No request shall be processed prior to full payment.
No refund is possible after the confirmation of the client order.
Order
The order is done through the website Visarussie.fr and by filling out of the application form for voucher/invitation to Russia.
After the examination of order and the documents provided, Visarussie.fr reserves the right to refuse it.
The order entails full acceptance of these sales terms and conditions.
Procedure
Visarussie.fr, provides the vouchers/tourist invitations by email.
For business invitations, the client will be notified upon receipt of the said documents to the consulate by email.
Disputes
In the event of dispute, the Tribunal of Commerce of Brest has the sole jurisdiction.
