Obtaining an electronic visa to Russia
Since August 1, 2023, the electronic visa for Russia has once again been accessible to all travelers wishing to come to Russia.
56 countries are currently eligible to obtain the e.visa for Russia, here is the list:

Entry into Russia with an electronic visa is very easy because it allows you to arrive from 98 air, sea, rail, road, pedestrian or river checkpoints.
This innovation greatly facilitates obtaining a visa for Russia because as a result, the invitation letter, trips to the visa office, and other complex procedures will no longer be necessary.
Please note: as of October 2019, numerous errors were made when entering personal data by e.visa applicants, leading to numerous denied boardings.

- The e-visa allows a stay in Russia of 16 days or 15 nights over a period of 60 days from its issue. (You should count the days from midnight, not the time you entered Russia).

- Border checkpoints will be air, road, sea, rail and even pedestrian. - The cost of the visa is €95 including €48 which are consular fees.
- With the electronic visa for Russia, there is no need for an invitation to Russia, no more need to compile a file of substantial documents, no more need to go to the Consulate, the Russian Embassy or to send your application file for visa, in short no more formalities or almost!
Alongside with that you must obtain the Tourist insurance for a trip to Russia to provide it when crossing the border.
